Our Standard Cancellation Policy - Terms and Conditions

Less than 12 hours before the start of the trip: 100% cancellation fee applies.
12 to 24 hours before the start of the trip: 50% cancellation fee applies.
More than 24 hours before the start of the trip: Free cancellation.
Multiple Vehicle Bookings:
For bookings involving multiple vehicles for two or more days, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Special Events and Dates:
Please note that different cancellation terms may apply for special events and dates, such as Art Basel, New Year's Eve, and the F1 Grand Prix. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking for these occasions.
